Unsure about the seat height?
There are two types of bar stools: those designed for kitchen islands and those suited to bar tables, which are generally taller.
To make the right choice, start by measuring the height of your table:
- If your island is between 87 and 100 cm high, choose a seat height between 62 and 70 cm.
- If your high table or bar is between 96 and 110 cm high, opt for a seat height between 71 and 80 cm.
For optimal comfort, allow approximately 25 to 30 cm between the seat and the underside of the tabletop.

Vendues par lot de 2, les chaises d'îlot Karl associent un tissu chiné gris foncé à quatre pieds fins en métal noir. Le dossier arrondi enveloppe le dos et se prolonge jusqu'à l'assise. Une barre repose-pieds relie les pieds pour garder les jambes posées.
Le tissu chiné mêle des fils de tons voisins, ce qui donne au gris foncé un aspect légèrement texturé.
L'assise est garnie de 6 cm de mousse de 24 kg/m³, pour un rembourrage souple. À 66 cm du sol, elle s'accorde aux îlots et plans de travail de 90 à 95 cm de haut.
L'inspiration de notre expert déco : au-dessus de l'îlot, une suspension en métal noir mat rehaussée de doré, comme la Nox ou la Iris, reprend le noir des pieds. Le gris chiné apporte la douceur du textile face au métal.
Pour assortir la table à l'îlot, la collection Karl propose aussi ses chaises de repas en bouclé beige ou noir, en velours bleu foncé ou jaune moutarde, en tissu chiné gris clair et en tissu texturé jaune moutarde ou vert sapin. Les chaises d'îlot existent également en bouclé beige, en tissu gris clair et en velours jaune moutarde.
